Terms of service

Tastebud is an online library of courses in AI and creative technology, branding, graphic design and creative direction, with an AI toolkit of workflows, prompts and Claude skills. Its Asset Studio, which makes images for brands, is open by invitation only. Part of the Library is free to read. The rest opens with a membership or with Lifetime.

You sign in with Google. You need to be 18 or over, or be using Tastebud for a business that can agree to these terms. Keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in it.

• Plans, prices and what each one includes are on the pricing page.
• A membership opens the four courses and the Brands section of the Library. It renews every month, every 3 months or every year, depending on the period you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing.
• Lifetime is a one-off payment. It opens the whole Library for good, including the AI toolkit.
• The AI toolkit is a one-off payment of $19, or ₹999 plus GST in India. It opens every n8n workflow, prompt and Claude skill in AI tools and prompts for good, including those added later, and does not open the courses. A membership does not include the AI toolkit; Lifetime does.
• Three Claude skills (Product photo shoot, Model photo shoot and Campaign builder) can each be bought on their own for a one-off payment of $5, or ₹299 plus GST in India. That purchase lets the account that paid download that one skill and does not open the rest of the Library. Every other Claude skill comes only with the AI toolkit or Lifetime, which include all Claude skills. A skill's files are licensed for your own work and may not be resold, shared or published.
• Prices are in US dollars, or in Indian rupees if you buy from India, where GST is added at checkout. Dodo Payments processes every payment as the merchant of record, and may add tax depending on where you live.
• If we change a price, it applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.

You can get a refund within 2 days of a payment. A membership is refunded in full. Lifetime and the AI toolkit are refunded in full as long as no Claude skill has been downloaded. The refund policy has the details and says how to ask.

• Your uploads stay yours. You let us store and process them only so the studio can work for you.
• The images and copy the studio makes for you are yours to use, including in ads and on products you sell.
• Only upload what you have the right to use. That means your own products, logos you own or are licensed to use, and photos of people who agreed to it.
• The Library’s writing is ours, and its images belong to the people credited on each page. The rights page lists every source.

• Make anything illegal, or anything meant to mislead people, such as fake reviews or fake endorsements.
• Use another brand's trademarks, or pass your work off as theirs.
• Make sexual content, or anything that could harm a child.
• Upload a photo of someone to make images of them without their permission.
• Try to break the service or get around its limits, or resell access to it.

If you do, we can suspend or close your account.

The studio uses AI, and AI makes mistakes. An image can change a detail of your product, and copy can say something untrue. Check everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

We keep improving Tastebud, so features change. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Tastebud is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before your claim.

You can stop using Tastebud and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your data, as the privacy policy explains.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Using Tastebud after a change means you accept the new terms.
