Every file that lands in an Inbox folder on Google Drive gets a name in one pattern and moves to a Filed folder. The pattern is your brand's short name, the old name cleaned up and the date, so IMG_2041.HEIC from a photographer's phone becomes your-brand_img-2041_20261009.heic. It is the naming rule from the first workflow, now applied by the folder to whatever arrives. Once published, it checks Inbox every minute. Four nodes do the work: a Google Drive Trigger, an Edit Fields step that builds the name, and two Google Drive steps that rename the file and move it.
