Event and exhibition

Lesson 12 of 12 in Applications.

Booth Design: Banners & Signage at Exhibition Stand Design · ESBAU | Exhibition Stand Builder Europe
Lesson

An exhibition stand is read from an aisle by somebody walking past at an angle, deciding in about two seconds whether to stop. The most common design error is putting the important message flat on the back wall, where nobody sees it until they have already stopped.

Seen from above, visitors walk past stands at an angle. A message on the back wall goes unseen, while a panel at the aisle edge meets their eyes.
