Characters and mascots

Lesson 4 of 11 in Brand world building.

Lesson

A character is among the most durable distinctive assets a brand can have, because people remember faces and personalities far better than they remember marks. The long-lived ones have outlasted several rebrands of the companies that own them.

An ink drawing of a shop wall covered in versions of one round bird mascot with a tall feather, as a crayon drawing, a patch, a stamp, a sticker, a knitted toy and a large cut-out.
The same round bird survives every hand and every size.
