Canva's help calls it Magic Resize, and its marketing calls the upgraded version Magic Switch, which can also translate a design or turn it into a doc. It is a paid feature. Open Resize on the editor menu bar and pick from suggested sizes, browse by category or enter a custom size with the aspect ratio locked or free. Bundles such as Vertical videos group common sizes, and you can choose which pages to resize. Copy & resize keeps your original and saves the copies in the same folder, or in a new folder when you pick several sizes. Resize this design changes the original, and only Version history can take that back. Canva allows up to five new sizes per design and 50 designs at once, with at most 250 results in one batch.
