One idea, one poster

Lesson 2 of 10 in Poster design.

Lesson

A poster can hold one idea. That follows from how long anybody looks: attention divided between three ideas gives each of them a third of two seconds, and none of them arrives.

An ink drawing of a designer peeling paper scraps off a poster mock-up on a wall, leaving one umbrella drawing and a single bar, with the removed pieces piled at her feet.
Peeling the additions off a poster until one idea is left.
