Object > Generative lists them, and the Contextual Task Bar offers whichever fits your selection, so a rectangle offers Generate Vectors and a placed image offers Concept to Vector. Most of them leave their result as a Generative Object, with variations you can step through in the Properties panel. Nothing is final until you pick one.
