QC has a machine half and an eye half, and the machine half runs first because it is free and never tired. It checks the file against what you ordered, meaning the width, height, frame rate, length and whether there is a sound track, and then scans for black frames, frozen stretches, cuts you did not ask for and silence. Veo 3.1 clips are 24 frames a second and 4, 6 or 8 seconds long, so a 720p order should come back as 1280 by 720 at 24. Then you watch it.
