Choosing a model for the job

Lesson 3 of 12 in AI image making.

Lesson

There is no best model and the question is always which one for which job. A model with a beautiful default look is the wrong choice for a flat-lit pack shot and the right one for a campaign world. A model with excellent instruction following may produce dull pictures when you have little to say.

Three painters at easels all paint the same plain jug on a stool. Their paintings look completely different: one hazy and golden, one flat and crisp, and one dark and dramatic with a deep shadow.
One jug, three house looks. The difference you see unsteered is the one you'll fight on every job.
