Sora is gone. OpenAI's help centre says the Sora app and website closed on 26 April 2026, and its developer docs say the Sora 2 models and the Videos API were shut down on 24 September 2026, the day before this lesson was checked, with no one-to-one replacement. The deprecations page lists sora-2, sora-2-pro and their dated snapshots with a dash where a recommended replacement would normally go. The old video guide is still online, marked as kept for historical reference.
