Commissioning ethically in a studio that uses this

Lesson 9 of 11 in Rights, ethics and the argument.

Lesson

A studio using these tools and commissioning human work at the same time needs a written position, because the decisions come up weekly and improvising them produces inconsistency that everyone notices.

Late at night, a tired designer in a coat pauses by the studio door to read a short framed charter beside the light switch. Its five lines are drawn as bars, each starting with a small symbol: a brush, a camera, a handshake, a signature and an eye.
Hung by the door, where it gets read when it's needed: late, tired, in a hurry.
