There are two doors into Midjourney's editor. Open any of your images, find the Creation Actions and choose Open Editor, and a lighter version loads with that picture in it. Quick Edit, beside it, sends the picture to the Imagine bar instead, for a change you can describe in words. The full editor is the Edit tab in the website's menu, which also takes images from outside Midjourney and holds the extra tools. In V8, inpainting and outpainting both run on the Edit Model.
